    Tender For Fitting <(>&<)> Welding Of Critical Steel Strs FITTING/ASSEMBLING THOSE TOGETHER BY TACK WELDING AS PER THE JOB REQUIREMENT. COMPLETE WELDING OF THE JOB WITH SUITABLE ELECTRODE AS PER THE PRESCRIBED GROOVE/FILLET SIZE. PREHEATING/ GRINDING/CHIPPING/BACK GOUSING TO BE DONE FOR MULTIPASS WELD JOINTS. WELD JOINTS SHOULD QUALIFY FOR DP/ UST/PRESSURE TEST AS PER THE JOB REQUIREMENT. MACHINED PARTS, CYLIDRICAL/CONICAL BEND PARTS WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE DEPARTMENT FREE OF COST. DRESSING, MINOR GAS CUTTING, GRINDING, BEND PROFILE CORRECTION OF THE PARTS TO BE DONE FOR PERFECT MATCHING. WELDING MACHINES, ELECTRODES, OXYGEN & ACETYLENE, GRINDING M/C, PORTABLE PROFILE FLAME CUTING MACHINE AND PNEUMATIC CHIPPER WILL BE PROVIDED BY RSP FREE OF COST. UOM IS WT.OF STEEL STRUCTURE.
