Name of Work: REPAIR TO HARD STANDING, PATH, RETAINING WALL, FENCING, PLASTERING, DRAINS, CULVERT AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT JOSHIMATH, AULI, TAPOVAN AND MANA AREA UNDER GE 871 EWS.

1SCHEDULE \"A\" PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.
2Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including cleaning,removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
3Dismantaling of PCC block walling/ brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.
4Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
5Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including cleaning,removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
6Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, brick work masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.
7Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.
8Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.
9Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
10Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.
11Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.
12Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
13Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of any types ofblocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Old PCC block shall be used as retrivied from dismantling under serial item No- 1.02 here-in-before.
14Stone walling of random rubble using best local stone such as granite, trap or besalt, brought to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cemeny mortar 1.6, complete all as specified and as directed.

17Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.
18Hand packing broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and as directed.
19Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.
20Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed
21Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paintlime wash, complete all as specified and as directed.
22Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed.
23Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.
24Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.
25Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome/ red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
26Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2.0mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
27Chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, dia of GI wire 3.8mm/ 4.0mm or type, fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.Note: BOO shall be convene by the Garrison Engineer to determine the weight and dia of G.I. wire of chain link mesh.
28Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with two Nos. of washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt, not exceeding 5.0cm long and Diameter of neck in 11mm to 15mm, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.
29Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
30Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
31Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
32Precast reinforced cement concrete M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
33Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, pre-polished, size 300mmx300mmx25mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
34Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 40mm thick, as in floors, finished even and rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.
35Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 80mm thick, M-40 Grade any shape and size casted in plastic moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

40Forming Construction joint 30mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade `B’, complete all as specified and as directed.
41Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50mm deepx10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade `B’, complete all as specified and as directed.
42Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
43Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix in surface channels and drains, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.
44Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, thickness not less than 3.0mm with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw and washer in roof, wall etc of any pattern or any colour, complete all as specified and as directed.
45Amount of Schedule of credit as mentioned here-in-after shall be deducted from quoted amount.
