Tender For Smart Periodical Services At Bd Bari Mil Station Under Ge Kaluchak; 1 Material & Labour for RCC Chajja/ fascia/ parapet repair by using following steps :- (a) Removal of existing concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/ cover concrete from chajjas etc, exposing corroded steel reinforcements upto a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/ hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like schisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcementall as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shal be removed.(b) Cleaning the surface of reinforcement bars from dust by using wire brushes and dry cloth and applying FOSROC Rebakleens RR-Rust Remover or equivalent using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs.(c) Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Nitozinc Primer - two component zincrich epoxy, anti-corrosive protective coating or equivalent by brushses to the exposed and leaned rebars with an interval of 45 minutes to 1 hour @ 40 microns DFT/ coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling of any size cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar, fixed withj wall and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed. 3 S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. 4 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. 5 S & F of 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. 6 S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed. 7 S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece,single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed 8 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single ‘T’) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed 9 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed. 10 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece,single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed 11 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single ‘T’) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed 12 S & F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Slotted vent cowl complete all as specified and directed 13 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of external wall/ chajjas to be done with repair mortar to get even surface including preparation of old surface of wall/ ceiling by filling cracks by Berger Bison Putty/ crack fill paste of Berger Paints or equivalent make and make good smoothen surfae by sand paper and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Berger Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio as per manufactures instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fuly automatic airless spray machine of paint appliaction with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI all as specified and directed.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surrface in subsequent coats of paint and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed Make : Berger Paint Weathercoat Long Life Flexo Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix AB on page no. 78 of tender documents as per Sch A Note No 19 Page No 17). Non uploading of MOU by the bidder shall lead to rejection of bid during technical evaluation. 14 Meterial and labour for preparatio of newly plasstered wall surface and applying two coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay echnology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Berger Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in Two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over one coat 11 ratio as per manufactures instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airlesspray machine of paint application with a flow speed of inium 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed Make : Berger Paints Weathercoat Long Life Flexo/ Nerolac Paints excel Total/ Asian Paint Apex Ultima Notes for smart periodicals item No 1 to 4: (a) Work shall be done as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator complete all as specified and directed (b) the contractor shall upload MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator before quoting the bids and submit the same alongwith tender & other Documents as mentioned in NIT. (d) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface of removal of existing treatment by scrappigng of walls, chajjas, ceiling, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be done by using mechanial sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the manufacturer. After the prepartaion of surface writtedn approval shall be obtained from GE before applying primer and further tratment/ coat. Bldg wise stage passing register shall be maintained. (e) Finishes ie cement based paint, acrylic water based exterior grade primer, premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc to walls, ceiing, chajjas, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be applied using airles spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. the spray machine should be of are putted majufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of traking pressure as well as paint and primer usage. (f) This equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer. (g) The accessories for applying the finishes shall be spray in hard to reach areas ad penetration of finishes on the surface so as to achieve uniform appication and quality surface finish. Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix AB on page no. 78 of tender documents as per Sch A Note No 19 Page No 17). Non uploading of MOU by the bidder shall lead to rejection of bid during technical evaluation. 15 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 16 S & F white wall seal waterproof putty over exterior walls finished even and smooth over plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed 17 M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructions , complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately. 18 Supply only water proofing compound ( (Liquid) complete all as specified. 19 M&L for capilary rise treatment of walls as following :-Base coat: Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent)Consumption base coat: 0.3 kg/m2Second and Third coat: Latex sheild 2K (or equivalent)Consumption top coat: 3 kg/m2System requirements: density: 2.00 kg/ltrCompressive strength: 0.5 N/mm2 Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix CD on page no. 82 of tender documents as per Sch A Note No 19 Page No 17). Non uploading of MOU by the bidder shall lead to rejection of bid during technical evaluation. 20 M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops etc rounded or chamfered on edges and like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. 21 M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 22 M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.
