Surfaces must be clean and properly prepared before application. Only hand tools are permitted unless otherwise approved. The finish must be neat, uniform, and match the approved sample. Rates shall include all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and site cleaning. Measurement will be made per square foot or per piece of completed and accepted work. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing customized bamboo scaffolding system on the inner side of the building upto height 15m, constructed using 50-75 mm diameter bamboo members placed at 1.5 metre intervals or as required both horizontally and vertically. The scaffolding shall be securely tied and braced with horizontal runners, diagonal bracings, and adequate connections to the building structure to ensure rigidity, stability, and safety during execution of work.The scaffolding shall be maintained in a safe and serviceable condition for the entire duration of its requirement and shall be dismantled and removed thereafter without causing damage to the building or adjacent works. | 14 | Mirror Polishing Mirror polishing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss (mirror) or matte finish as required, using mechanical grinding and polishing machines. The process shall include multi-stage grinding with graded abrasive stones (from coarse grit #60 to fine grit #3000 or higher), filling of pinholes, hairline cracks, and surface imperfections with color-matched epoxy or stone filler, and final buffing using polishing powders or approved chemicals to obtain a smooth and uniform reflective surface. Polishing shall be executed with precision to maintain even surface level, protect joints and edges, and ensure a consistent finish throughout.The rate includes the cost of all labour, materials, tools, consumables, polishing compounds, and machinery required to complete the work as per specifications and site conditions. |
