Texture shall be applied in a uniform pattern as per approved sample, followed by necessary top coat/paint finish as per manufacturers specifications. All materials—paints, varnishes, foils, etc.—shall be of approved make, conforming to IS standards, non-toxic, and weather-resistant if used outdoors. Surfaces must be clean and properly prepared before application. Only hand tools are permitted unless otherwise approved. The finish must be neat, uniform, and match the approved sample. Rates shall include all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and site cleaning. Measurement will be made per square foot or per piece of completed and accepted work. 11 Providing and fixing customized bamboo scaffolding system on the inner side of the building upto height 15m, constructed using 50-75 mm diameter bamboo members placed at 1.5 metre intervals or as required both horizontally and vertically. The scaffolding shall be securely tied and braced with horizontal runners, diagonal bracings, and adequate connections to the building structure to ensure rigidity, stability, and safety during execution of work.The scaffolding shall be maintained in a safe and serviceable condition for the entire duration of its requirement and shall be dismantled and removed thereafter without causing damage to the building or adjacent works. The system shall include all necessary safety features for workmen and provisions to allow inspection and execution of work at all required locations, all as per the directions and approval of the Architect-in-Charge. 12 Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100 gram / sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work) 13 Furniture/Wall Covering Providing and fixing protective covering over existing furniture and fixtures using polyethylene sheets/plastic rolls to safeguard against dust, paint, and damage during dome painting work. Includes proper wrapping, securing, and removal after completion of work, ensuring no damage to furniture. Work to be executed as per the direction of Architect-in-Charge. 14 Mirror Polishing Mirror polishing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss (mirror) or matte finish as required, using mechanical grinding and polishing machines. The process shall include multi-stage grinding with graded abrasive stones (from coarse grit #60 to fine grit #3000 or higher), filling of pinholes, hairline cracks, and surface imperfections with color-matched epoxy or stone filler, and final buffing using polishing powders or approved chemicals to obtain a smooth and uniform reflective surface. Polishing shall be executed with precision to maintain even surface level, protect joints and edges, and ensure a consistent finish throughout.The rate includes the cost of all labour, materials, tools, consumables, polishing compounds, and machinery required to complete the work as per specifications and site conditions. 15 POP Work on Dome Providing & applying Water Resistant and Quick Drying, Non Curable Type of average 10-20 mm thick plaster of Paris and wire mesh at joints of diff materials to the walls and columns in square plumb line and level including scraping and removing the existing neeru finish, hacking the surface of walls/columns. After levelling, the surfaces to be finished to receive paint etc. Rate to include providing for Al channels and grooves and wire mesh at all surfaces, junctions and corners. The POP punning to be carried out 100mm more than the finished ceiling level and not for the area above. (Sq.M) 16 Window Repairing Work Repairing and retrofitting of existing windows by providing and fixing wire mesh on the back surface of the window frame, including necessary cleaning, surface preparation, and securing the mesh with suitable fasteners to ensure stability and alignment. The mesh shall be of approved gauge and pattern as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. After installation, the mesh and visible window components shall be painted with a high-quality gold finish paint to achieve a uniform decorative appearance.
