Selection Of Agency For Fabrication Of The Pavilion Of West Bengal Tourism At Different Puja Pandals For 7 Days In And Around Kolkata On The Occasion Of Durga Puja 2025 1 Installation of Pavilion: - 20 x 10 (200 Sqft. approx.) 2 Installation of Tarpaulin for shedding with bamboo structure 3 Preparation of platform (6) Carpeting and Coloring of the entire pavilion 4 Fabrication of Pavilion using Plywood and Flex 5 Designing, Printing, and fixing of flexes for outside walls, fascia, ceiling 6 Designing, Printing, and fixing of flexes for inside walls (backlit panels) 7 Store Room to keep the publicity materials and preparation of Tea / Coffee by vending machine 8 Fabrication of Pavilion using Frontlit and Backlit 9 Panels for inside walls with frames and illumination 10 Fronlit Panels for outside walls 11 Backlit Logo of West Bengal Tourism in Facia (Glow Sign – 3D) 12 Backlit Logo of Biswa Bangla in Facia (Glow Sign – 3D) 13 Backlit Logo of West Bengal Tourism in front desk 14 Flexes to be prepared for fixing on the panels should be properly framed to enhance the quality and clarity of the pictures 15 Illumination and Arrangement of Furniture along with Electronic Gadget 16 Thematic illumination for the entire pavilion.
