Tender For Interior And Renovation Works Of Staircase Lobby At Vidhan Sabha, Lucknow - Interior & Renovation Work : 2 Dismantling of existing Wooden wall panelling and Fabrics and other key componentincluding stacking of material as directed by Architect in charge with in a distance of 100 meter. 3 Cost of Shifting of Malba disposal and dumping appropriate 4 Cost for site cleaning, carpet removal, safety measures sheets, constant cleaning, maintenence and progressive hinderance charges 5 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 6 Providing and finishing white wash over lime putty including surface preparation, filling of minor cracks and undulations with well-matured lime putty (Class C fat lime, slaked and soaked for minimum 7 days), and applying minimum three coats of white wash using fresh slaked lime mixed with natural gum and indigo (neel) for improved finish. Each coat shall be applied uniformly with brushes over moist surface, allowing adequate drying time between coats. Final surface shall be smooth, even, and free from streaks. Rate includes cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, and all tools required. Measurement shall be in sqm of finished surface, as per IS 1200. 7 Providing and Finishing wall with Smooth textured Stucco Marble/Sea shell/mettalics crinkle paint high sheen and smooth finish(oyster grey) shade to be aproved by Architect in charge (asian or equivalent) 8 Providing and fixing Wall & Column Panelling for the existing surfaces to be made out of Teak wood battens framework backing of size 50*25mm at 450mm to 600mm c/c with 12mm thk Ply board and finished with approved 4mm thk Part Veneer including wastage cause of absorption panel cutting and approved specification as shown in detailed drawing or as directed by Architect incharge. (To be measured on full wall) . 9 Providing and fixing designer teak wood skirting with ornamentation and carving, customized as per design specifications. The skirting shall have a height ranging from 100 mm to 150 mm and a thickness of 25 mm to 40 mm. The installation is to be carried out over the panelling as per the design approved by the Architect-in-Charge. 10 Providing and fixing of designer teak wood beading, featuring intricate carving, customized to the specified requirements. The teak wood beading shall have a width ranging from 75mm to 150mm and a thickness ranging from 25mm to 40mm.The work shall be executed with precision to ensure the quality and aesthetics meet the highest standards as specified by the Architect-in-Charge. 11 Providing and fixing designer teak wood cornicing, made from seasoned first-class teak wood, featuring intricate ornamentation and hand/machine carving, customized as per the approved architectural design. The cornice shall have a width ranging from 100mm to 300mm and a thickness between 75mm and 150mm, as per site requirements. All profiles shall be accurately shaped and detailed to match the specified pattern. The work shall be executed with high precision, ensuring fine finish and alignment, to meet the aesthetic and quality standards approved by the Architect-in-Charge. Rate shall include all labour, materials, carving, moulding, polishing, and fixing with necessary supports and fasteners, complete in all respects. 12 Scaffolding Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm diaM.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 13 Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100grams/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completionof the work) 14 Providing and applying PU polish on teak wood and veneer in wooden Panelling. This includes preparing the surfaces with IKEA base and sealing compound, followed by thorough scraping and rescraping to ensure a smooth base. The process involves sanding and applying the base coat three times before the final paint. The finish must be approved by the Architect-in-Charge. 15 Providing and fixing teak wood balusters of approved design, made from seasoned first-class teak wood with moisture content below 12%, free from defects. Balusters shall be of minimum size 75x75mm or as per drawing, turned or moulded as specified, fixed securely using stainless steel screws, wooden plugs, and adhesive. All surfaces shall be sanded smooth and finished with PU polish, including 1 coat of wood filler, 2 coats of PU sealer, and 2 coats of PU clear topcoat (matt/glossy as specified), using approved brands like Asian Paints/ICA/MRF. Rate to include all mouldings, polishing, and fixing complete in all respects.Design and drawing will be approved by an architect. 16 Providing and fixing teak wood handrail of 40mm to 75mm thickness, made from seasoned first-class teak wood with moisture content below 12%, including ornamental carving and decorative brass inlay work as per approved design. The handrail shall be fixed over teak wood master balusters to form a continuous binding system, ensuring alignment and structural stability. The handrail shall be securely fixed using stainless steel screws, adhesives, and wooden plugs as required. All surfaces shall be finely sanded and finished with PU polish (including 1 coat of wood filler, 2 coats of PU sealer, and 2 coats of PU clear topcoat—matt or glossy as specified), using approved brands like Asian Paints, ICA, or MRF. Rate shall include all carving, brass work, polishing, materials, and labour, complete in all respects as per architects approval. 17 Providing and placing foldable room partition/screen/divider comprising 4 panels, each of size 20 (width) x 72 (height), forming an overall width of approximately 80 when placed in a zigzag position. The frame and panels shall be made from seasoned and treated mango wood, free from warping, cracks, or termite infestation. Each panel shall be joined using high-quality brass/stainless steel hinges, allowing smooth folding and flexibility. The screen may include decorative carving, slats, or solid panel inserts as per approved design. The entire unit shall be finished with melamine/PU polish of approved shade and texture.
