Shifting of 145KV 1250Amp, IV Bushing of 160MVA Transformer from store to loading point by crane/hydra and loading it on truck. Arrangement of wooden packing material and packaging of bushing in it. Carriage of above bushing safely from any Sub Station under UPPTCL to 220KV Sub Station Phulpur Prayagraj having one side distance upto approx 300Kms. Cost includes vehicle charges alongwith fuel and toll taxes, hiring charges of crane, labour charges and other related work to perform the job satisfactorily.

Carriage work for additional distance other than 300Kms, upto 50Kms shall be considered as one job.

Proper and safe unloading of145KV 1250Amp, IV Bushing of 160MVA Transformer from private carrier with the help of hydraulic crane at 220KV Sub Station Phulpur.Cost includeshiring charges of crane, labour charges and other related work to perform the job satisfactorily.

Safe transportation of 20KL oil tank from any sub station wherever available within 150Kms distance from 220KV S/S Phulpur. Work includes shifting and loading of Oil Tank with the help of Hydra/ Crane, safe transportation and unloading of it at working site near 40MVA T/F-II at 220KV S/S Phulpur with the help of Hydra/Crane.

Opening of jumpers of HV/LV side bushing.

Drain out of transformer oil upto required level from the existing 160MVA transformer into oil tanker

Dismantling of 160MVA T/F IV side R-Phase Bushing and its Turret with the help of manual labour and hydra etc. Safely shifting of this into store.

Complete erection of160MVA T/F IV side R-Phase new Bushing with its turret with the help of manual labour and hydra etc. Replacement of damaged gasket of R-Phase IV side bushing

Centrifuging of transformer oil of 160MVA T/F-II (Areva make) in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine and taking BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value achieved as per direction of supervising engineer and also measurement of PPM. All labour, T&P, Centrifuging machine shall be provided by contractor at his own cost.
