(As per Attached Analysis) 10 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, T&P, labour,cartagefor proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. (20-Chapter Analysis rate) 11 Providing and laying bituminous concrete(Grading-II) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 as per approved job mix formula which ever is higher of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 5th revision clause No. 509 complete in all respectsincluding cost of all materials, T&P, labour,cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. (20-Chapter Analysis rate) 12 R.c.c work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in R.C.C Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 bwgi binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. And also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150.(5-Chapter Si.No.8) 13 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an overall rates) brought for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level.
