Construction Of Two Raceways At Trout Fish Farm Khulchoher -- 1 Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 3 Providing & laying of dry soling, hand packed, incl sand filling in voids in foundation including all leads , lifts and carriage head load etc upto site of work complete job. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc. 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all carriages complete job 9 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 10 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m 11 Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wooden planks of required sizesfor Dam boaring of race way etc complete job 12 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 13 Supplying and fixing of 600 to 750mm long 150mm dia pvc pipe b-type along pvc bend etc complete job 14 Carriage of material average lead 20KM: Coarse aggregates 15 Carriage of material average lead 20KM: Sand 16 The estimated rates are exclusive of 18% GST. However the GST @18% shall be paid on gross amount excluding labour cess proportionately.
