The job includes grouting the foundation bolts of 300 mm long and 50 mm dia. made out of SS410 etc. 4 Fixing of Pump & Motor on the base frame at proper level of the RCC foundation with grouted nut bolts as per site requirement. 5 Fixing of suction & delivery line in 2 Nos. pump sets withthe fitting of sluice valve & NRVin theline by required Tools & tackles and civil worketc. as per requirement at site 6 Fixing of header line with delivery side of pump and header line connecting with the main outline of pump house & holding the of main header line with using of U clamp by the M.S angle 75x75x10 mm and fixing with required nut bolt washers & tools/ tackles as per required at site. 7 Providing & Fixing of M.S collar of 200 mm dia. & M.S Reducer 150 x 200 mm dia. For connecting the main outlet side of pump house. 8 Providing of submersible pump M/G-530T/7.5 HP, make: Mody (SOR.2.1.6) with suitable panel for operating the pump & Fixing charges for at site with agreement by gas cutter, welding machine, electric city, and fixing of M.S Pipe at, make the loop for holding the M.S pipe and connect with submersible pump set and outer side pump house. 9 Installation, testing & commissioning of the L.T panel & main switch Gear were including cable connection in the motor to starter and starter to panel with thimbling, grouting of the panel and required civil work as per requirement at site. 10 Supplying and installingperforated Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron cable tray (galvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined wit of size 300mm width x 50mm depth x 1.6mm thickness connectors, attached with MS Railing with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required(DSR 2022 4.6.4) 11 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size 95 sq mm to 185 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ Cable Tray as required and clamped with 25/40x3 mm MS flat clamp.(DSR2022 7.1.2 12 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water in g pipe of 2.7-meter-long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. D.S.R E&M 2022 13 Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X3 mm thick G.I. strip,125mm long, with 4nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.
