    Repairing Of Foundation Of Set No. 1 And 2 And Other Allied Work At Pocket-E Mayur Vihar Bp Station. Repair of M.S foundation for pump set by disconnection of all electric connection decoupled the 40 HP pump from suction and delivery line after cutting of all rusted nut bolts by the help of gas cutter at B P Station 2 Dismantling of pump set with the M.S Base frame by cutting of all rusted nut bolts of base frame an take out the pump and motor and placing the safe place at ground as per site requirement with the help of chain pulley block/heavy labour 3 Supply of nut bolts as per site requirement. 4 Supply of neoprene rubber packing sheet 50% synthetic. 5 Recasting the existing RCC foundation with steel bar and cement concrete. The job includes grouting the foundation bolts of 500 mm long and 30 mm dia. made out etc. 6 Fabrication of new M.S base frame of size long 125” and width 40” by using of M.S. channel 100x50 mm job includes welding, cutting, grinding of edges etc. 7 Fixing of base frame at proper level of the RCC foundation with grouted nut bolts as per site requirement. 8 Re fixing of pump & motor with alignment on the new fabricated base frame and reassembling with delivery and suction line by using of nut bolts and neoprene rubber packing. 9 Transport charges of tools & tackles to &fro repairing of foundation executed one by one 10 Testing & commissioning of pump set on full load for checking leakage 00.20 =
