Repairing Of Suction Line At C-Block Vivek Vihar Sewage Pumping Station- 1 Dismantling of old damage suction line, delivery line, valves etc. with the help of manual labour like Fitter, Helper, Beldar, Chowkidar, Electrician, Tri pod, T&P along with its all transportation loading unloading complete at site of work. and tools & tackles as required. 2 Manual / Mechanical demolition for repairing of leakage making of suitable space for the execution of work with the help of manpower breaking of chamber (cc work) and removal of malva inside the SPS compound at suitable place. After completion of the work repairing/refilling the same as per site requirement. 3 Removing of pump from the foundation with the help of manual labour and tripod etc. as required. 4 Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Litmus Paper etc. arranged by the firm for safe working of men and machinery at site. All precautions are to be taken to save men and material. 5 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. DSR Code No. 10.20 6 Providing of NRV of size 150 MM PN 1.0 Make -IVC/Dorrot/Upadhaya. SOR Code No. 4.30.4 7 Providing of Sluice Valve of size 150 MM PN 1.0 Make -IVC/Dorrot/Upadhaya. SOR Code No. 4.29.4 8 Supply of MS pipe of all sizes. SOR Code No. 26.1.28 9 Supply of MS specials of all sizes. SOR Code No. 26.1.29 10 Supply of 100 % Neoprene (1.5 mm to 25 mm) . SOR Code No. 22.6.3 11 Installation of sluice valve, NRV and MS Pipe , MS specials for leakage plugging by welding work with the help of all labour like Fitter, Helper, Beldar, electrician, Tri pod, T&P along with its all transportation loading unloading complete at site of work. 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shadeTwo or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint. 13 Making of temporary arrangement for dewatering and cleaning of wall of sump including repairing of CC/brick work with the help of suitable size of pump set and manpower etc. as per site requirement. 14 Testing and commissioning of line on full pressure as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
