    Repairing Of Various Sewage Submersible Pump Set Under Ae (Em)-I- 1 Repairing of various submersible pump set at Gazipur SPS, Bhairon Marg SPS and C Block Vivek Vihar SPS. Dismantling of old damage suction line, delivery line, valves, Submersible pump etc with the help of manual labour like Fitter, Helper, Beldar, Chowkidar, Electrician, Tri pod, T&P along with its all transportation loading unloading complete at site of work. and tools & tackles as required. 2 Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Litmus Paper etc. arranged by the firm for safe working of men and machinery at site. All precautions are to be taken to save men and material. 3 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. DSR Code No. 10.20 4 Providing of NRV of size 80 MM PN 1.0 Make -IVC/DJB Approved. SOR Code No. 4.30.4 5 Providing of Sluice Valve of size 80 MM PN 1.0 Make -IVC/DJB Approved SOR Code No. 4.29.4 6 Supply of MS pipe of all sizes. SOR Code No. 26.1.28 7 Supply of MS specials of all sizes. SOR Code No. 26.1.29 8 Supply of 100 % Neoprene (1.5 mm to 25 mm). SOR Code No. 22.6.3 9 Servicing/overhauling of sewage submersible pump 7.5 HP capacity as required. 10 Installation of sluice valve, NRV and MS Pipe , MS specials by welding work with the help of all labour like Fitter, Helper, Beldar, electrician, Tri pod, T&P along with its all transportation loading unloading complete at site of work. 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shadeTwo or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint. 12 Testing and commissioning as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
