Tender For Work Of Installing New High Mast Light In Shri Chitrakut Balaji Dham Temple In Nagar Parishad Fatehpur Area - Shri Chirakut Balaji Dham Mandir High Mast Light Work - Supply installation testing & Commissioning of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK techinical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1 – 2015//BSEN10025/and IS:2062 )consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 12 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminares), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights, double drum type self sustaining winch, integral power tool accesible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7 / 19 costruction 3 no. rope for lantern carrage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly ) foundation bolt, torque limiter,EPR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510 ) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. as required on Existing Foundation. High Power LED Flood Light Minimum lumen output 43750 lm 3 Providing, laying and compacting plain/ reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in foundation/ levelling course/ pile cap using concrete mixer and vibrator complete including cost of form work, as per drawing and technical specifications and as per clause 1100, 1500,1700,2100 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery. 4 PCC Grade M -15 5 RCC Grade M -20 6 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 7 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. OEM must have its own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure A attached with this BSR 16.0 Sq. mm. 4 core 9 Add extra in item no. 60.1 to 60.4 for Laying Charges for cable through Manual Boggi by making pit at regular interval and repairing the pit after laying of cable with PCC/ Bitumin as required. 10 Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty aluminium lugs (as per IS 8309 -1993) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape as per IS 8337-1976 of following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. MFR Test report from NABL accrediated is to be submitted.(Excavation of Earth & Back filling with compaction is to be Paid Extra)All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 90 mm 12 Regularly Operation & Maintenance of existing High Mast System with comprehensive solution for protection, - By Required needful replacement all defective accessories which are burnt, broken and missing such as contactor, single pole MCB, Watch, Rotaray Switch, Wire, Moter, Panel, Cable, Lights and etc. throughout the tender term. All High Mast Should Operate Properly As directed by engineer Incharge.
