Tender For Provn Of Trg Shed At Rrc Fatehgarh; 1 Design, fabrication, supply and erecting, Pre-engineered building(PEB) steel structure/LGSF steel for provision ofTraining Sheds of size 36.00 m (c/c) x 12.00 m (c/c) x 3.6 m height (minimum clear height) ( from FFL to base of truss) using 0.45 mm base metal thickness, pre-painted 0.5 mm corrugated galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150 GSM) aluminum Zinc alloy coated an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roofing fixed with self tapping screwsincluding S&F of rain gutter, down take pipe, downspout pipes and metal clamps and LGSF structure with brick work on back wall & partialy in both side as shown on drawing completed all as specified with following design parameters all as specified and vetted design and drawing by any IIT/NIT and approved by Chief Engineer Lucknow Zone with permanent specification complete all as specified and as shown on drawing: -(i) Frame type Pre-Engineered Building (ii) Size 36.00 m (c/c) x 12.00 m (c/c) x 3.6 m height(minimum clear height) ( from FFL to base of truss) (iii) LGSF structure with 0.75mm to 2.5 mm thick (iv) Anti-corrosion treatment and painting as per IS -1477 Part 1 & 2.(v) PCC work (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate incl form work upto plinth level.(vi) RCC work M-25 in footing with plinth beam as per approved design and as per IS:9103.(vii) All necessary civil work for setting of the super structure layout, excavation, back filling, RCC foundation/ foundation work, Plinth beam, five RCC sitting step with 18mm thick granite finish incl bullnose finish.(viii) Conduit point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper wire for light point/Fan point/5 amp socket point with modular switch/socket/modular metal flush box/cover frame with 25 sqmm PVC conduit medium grade with 16 amps modular switch socket with modular metal flush box/cover frame of suitable size complete with suilatble capacity MCBs and DBs (ix) Electrical fittings/fixutres like LED tube light,ceiling rose ,ceiling fan and MCB DB of suitable size as per drawing and BOQ(x) LT panel,LT XLPE cabel to VTPN DB and submain wiring to sub DBs.Note : (i) Design parameters of PEB structure shall be as per PS clause No.24 to 30 ofTender.(ii) Following items mentioned under srl no 1.01 to1.09 here-in after shall also be included in lump sum rate quoted against Srl item No 1.00 of BOQ. 2 All primary structural components should be confirmed to IS: 2062 E-350 BR, Having a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPs and pass physical & Chemical tests stipulates therein 3 Purlins and side girt members are galvanized with zinc coating of Z 275 gm/sqm shall be made from cold Formed Sections, Confirming to IS : 811, having a minimum tensile strength of 345 MPs. The sheets used for cold forming sections shall confirm to IS : 1079, 2009 quality HR3 4 Permanently colour coated high tensile steel sheet havingminimum base metal thickness of 0.45mm (i.e excluding Aluminium -Zinc/galvanizing & colour coating thickness) & minimum Yield strength of 550 Mpa, coated with 55% Al-Zn alloy @ 150 g/Sqm as per ASTM A792M; Color coated with total minimum thickness of 40 microns (nominal) comprising of Silicon, Modified polyester (SMP with silicon content of 30% minimum) paint or super Polyester paint of minimum 20 microns (nominal) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) on exposed side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat and 10 microns (nominal) approved colour Epoxy paint on other side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat as per ASTM A755M 5 Kota stone flooring shall be 22 mm to 25 mm thick machine cut and and polished at site after fixing (Mirror polish/granite polish). Size of Kota stone slabs used in floors shall be not less than 500 mm x 500mm. Kota stone slab shall be laid over 20mm thick screed in CM (1:3) over 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth. Jointing shall be with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of Kota stone slab. The floor shall achieve mirror finish surface. 6 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as inplinth protection including saucer drain 7 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as inplinth protection surface finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be providedand same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) 18 HDPE trippled layered 1000 Ltr capacity water storage tank with internal water line with C-PVC pipe for urinal point (10 Nos half stall unrinal), Drinking water point ( 5 CP Bib tap) and wash basin with pillar tap (05 Nos) including all nacessary fitting like waste pipe and waste water drain out pipe. 19 PAINTING SCHEME FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK:(a) Soap paint :- One coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer-75 microns(b) Soap paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint -30 microns(c) Site paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint- 30 microns (after erection & fixing work) 20 Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer on other than structural steel surface 21 Site Clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 22 Demolition of cement concrete (un-rainforeced)in ground floorand pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed. 23 Surface excavationaveraging 30 cm deep and getting outin Soft/loose Soil complete all as specified and directed. 24 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 ton but n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and direcetd. 25 M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness)with granite trap or basalt broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and direcetd. 26 M&L for WBM 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75mm each with course aggr of grading-II (63 to 40mm size) for first layer and grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) for second layer, spread, leveled and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using grainite, trap or, basalt stone complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by wire brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10Sqmusing paving bitumen VG 10 complete all as specified and directed. 29 M& L for reinforeced concrete hume pipe 100 mm bore(internal dia of pipes) of class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed. 30 M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for premix bituminious macadam (Design mix) with 75 mm thick consolidated thickness with 4% binder contentusing paving bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specifiied and directed.Note : (a) Premix bituminious macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic dense concrete work shall be done within 4 hours after completion of rolling and consolidation of bituminious macadam. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item.If there is any variation in the actual binder content used,the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 45/- per Kg of the binder used.However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content workout to more as specified above. 32 M&L for 40mm (consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense with 5.5% binder(of paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to achieve the required compaction camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant,transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. bituminious macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical pave. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item.If there is any variation in the actual binder content used,the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 45/- per Kg of the binder used.However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content workout to more as specified above. 33 Providing and laying at or near ground levelfactory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, leveland curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), includingmaking joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curveshall not to more than 5 mm), includingmaking drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed . 35 Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m& depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed . 36 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed . 37 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed 38 Surface excavation in soft/Loose soils and averaggin 15 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed. 39 M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed 40 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.etc complete all as specified and directed. 41 Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth, for foundations, wells cesspit, manholes, drain, lay- ing of pipes & cable etc and getting out in soft/loose complete all as specified and directed. 42 Returning, filling in including spreading, leveving, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 43 Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as speci- fied and directed 44 Cutting existing CI/GI pipe line 40 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 40 x 40 x 40 mm for branch connection including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. 45 Cutting existing CI/GI pipe line 40 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 40 x 40 x 20 mm for branch connection including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. 46 M&L for steel water tubing 40 mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, galvanized (includ- ing short lengths) with and including all necessary fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. laid in trenches complete as per IS-1239 part-II all as specified and directed. 47 M&L for steel water tubing 25 mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, galvanized (includ- ing short lengths) with and includ- ing all necessary fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. laid in trenches complete as per IS-1239 part-II all as specified and directed. 48 S&F gun metal gate glove or gate valves, with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe ISI marked of 25mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. 49 M&L for steel water tubing 40 mm bore with screwed & socket joints, light grade, galvanized (includ- ing short lengths) with and including all necessary fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. laid across road, in trenches or across PCC drain, along electric pole complete as per IS-1239 part-II all as specified and directed. 50 Supply & laying sand cushioning to under ground cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed.Note: - Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid. 51 Supply and Laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured service cable pole to building electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core including dismantaling complete all as specified and directed. 52 Supply and Laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured service cable pole to building electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. 53 M&L for DK thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP-66 with matric knockoutsfor calbe entry, weather proof for outdoor installation and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/6 Sqmm 2 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel poles by means of suitable size of clamps withnut and bolts with suitable busbarincludingall accessories.complete all as specified and directed. 54 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC out-door type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection,fixed to pole or wall of building with and including suitableBracket made out of40 mm dia GIlightgrade pipe, 1.20 m long bent to shape by cutting & weldingas required & directed and fixed withtwo Nos of FI clamps 50x6 mm to be tightened with suitable size of bolts, nut and washers and including painted withtwo coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, and including connecting the fittingto electric sourcewith & including twin twisted copper flexible wire of size 1.5 sqmm three core with suitable size flexible PVC conduitincluding all accessories and fixing arrangements for fixing the light fitting complete all as specified and directed. 55 Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 of 9 mtr long, all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:-(a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work complete. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base.(e)Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block.(f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed.(g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed. 79 M & L for flat rough finished surfaces formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batteretc complete all as specified and directed. 80 M & L for flat rough finished surfaces form work as in sides of columns etc complete all as specified and directed. 81 M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat ofalkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed. 82 M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
