M & L for ploughing of ground and leveling surface, depth exc 30cm but n exc. 45 cm including picking up pebblles / gravels / broken stone including making surface even and uniform and removal of debris fromthe side to a distance of 50m and fresh earth (agriculture soil) free from stone particles, any impurities as approved including spreading leveling as per desired gradient and cultivating the soil by mixing adequate quantity of cow dung manure and fertilizer dressing the area, preparation of stope for proper drainage of water, fine leveling and plantation of lawn grass Australian/ Korean Grass / Maxican Grasswith all requirement from actual date of completion for grass, watering and look after insects and animals etc completed all as specified. Note :- One year maintenance of grass is to be provided by the contractor after completion of the work.. Any defects/damage occured by that should be retified by the contractor at free of cost.

Bringing approved earth ( agricultural soil free from grass, vegetation, pebbles/stone) from outside MOD land mixed with 50% sand , approved fertilizer/vermin composite mixture @ 1.0 kg per cum and herbside 30ml per cum incl spreading and levelling averaging 30cm thick to receive carpet grass , different flower plant and ornamentalleaf plant to desired gradient complete all as specified Note:- Rates are inclusive of royalities or any other tax as per state norms.

Note:-The rates are inclusive of the following:-(a) Maintenance period of 06 Six month after completion period with adequate manpower (Gardner/helper)for the proposed area with replacement of tree if any dies during that period.(b) The water and electricity will be supplied by MES as per standard rates as per IAFW 2249 and necessary charges will be deducted by providing metered connection.
