Construction of Toilet at RM RM Govt Hr Sec School in Singampunari Town Panchayat.(5 Seat); 1 Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10with standard specifications. 2 Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost andConveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete. 3 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part ofaggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 4 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Complying with std. specifications. 14 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete 15 Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an A section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the dePart ofmental officers. 16 Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement 17 Dadooing walls withGlazed tiles of sizes 300mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed. 18 Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set inbrick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete. 19 Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification 20 Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2. 21 Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light (6 Points Per Coil) (For Rooms like Bath , Toilet,& Pump room etc..)(SD-26) 22 Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K.
