    Tender For Replacement Of 110 Mm Dia Pvc Pipe Line 125 Mtr Long H.No 7/22 B Tilak Nagar. - Dismantling of following types of road , stacking of servicable materials , disposal of unserviciable material from site of work.(UPJN) A)CC ROAD 2 Cutting of kharanja 3 Excavation of trenches manually or machanically in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar for pipe line with lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 50m including filling back, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and removaland disposal of surplus earth within a distance of 50 m from the center of the excavated treches. in mixed soils-40% 4 Sand filling in plinth including supply of lab, mat, T&P all comp 5 Supply of following size pipes including frieght, insurance and all taxes (excluding Gst)110 mm dia PVC Pipe 6 Providing specials required for proper completion of work 10% of pipe Cost 7 Carting of following size of pipe and specials from store to the site od work within 8 km, lowering the same into trenches and laying true to the aligment and gradient including jointing the same properly and gradient including jointing the same properly and testing of pipe line including cutting of pipe for the making the required lenghts as per desing chart.110 mm dia PVC Pipe 8 Barricading of pipe line of trenches by using bamboo poles, rope with red flag, glow caution boards, diversion boards & red light. (total length proposed to be barricaded) 9 Provision for interconnection from old exiting pipe line with new pipe lines as per requirement & direction of Engineer incharge includhing supply of all materials, labour T&P etc(250x110mm) 10 S/F of 110 mm dia sluice valve 11 Bailling of water 12 Disposal of surplus excavated earth over including loading unloading & cartage upto 8km (10% of excavated earth-item no 3) 13 Unforseen item as site clearance
