02 Seater Classroom Desks with Swing Mechanism Two Seater Classroom Desk: The desk measures 1100 mm L x 980 mm D x 750 mm H, with a 1100 mm x 400 mm work surface made from 18 mm thick, pre-laminated, with a reverse-tapered edge on three sides. The legs shall be made from 75 mm thick mild steel (MS) (CRCA), angled at 60 degrees and anchored to the floor. The swing mechanism shall allow 15-degree front/rear tilt, composed of a 60 x 30 mm CRCA pipe (1.6 mm thick), welded to an ADC-12 steel housing holder, and connected to a tapered tube (ID 51-47 mm, 85 mm long). The swing arm (370 mm L x 60 mm W x 165 mm H) integrates an auto-return gas spring for 270- degree movement and 70 mm seat height adjustment. The swing arm shall be attached with the leg on both sides with die cast aluminium connector. The housing holder pre-fitted with CNC machined step turned D shaped shaft of ADC-12 material with tapered conical bearing. Housing holder shall be affixed to heavy duty 160 x 70mm D shape cutout pressure die cast aluminium connector using M8 x 20 mm Allen socket head bolts. The leg structure includes two 38 mm dia of ERW tubes (2 mm thick), welded to 4 & 8 mm MS plates (262 mm x 110 mm top, 350 mm x 110 mm bottom), and a 10 mm MS grouting plate (280 mm x 180 mm). The legs feature provisions for concealed wiring and 2-3 module socket outlets. MS covers 935 x 280 1.2mm laser cut 60 degrees and bent with an R18 for seamless fit of leg on both sides. Concealed wiring from floor to underside of table & provision for mounting 2-3 module plates. A 1000 mm crossbeam at the upper part made from 40 x 40 x 1.6 mm ERW MS tube is attached to a hat-shaped bracket using four M6 x 20 mm bolts and reinforced with an 4 mm thick gusset plate at the upper side. The crossbeam has four \"U\"-shaped channels for attachment to the tabletop. 20%PPGF top covers (275 mm L x 80 mm D x 90 mm H) conceal the bracket and gusset, while bottom covers (340 mm L x 105 mm D x 30 mm H) hide the grouting plate on eachside having an interlocking mechanism. Cross beam to be welded with 3mm thick plates at ends & provide bag hooks made from4mm thick MS rod. The leg assembly undergoes powder coating (50-80 microns). The modesty panel, 1050 mm x 250 mm, is made from 1.6 mm thick CRCA steel with laser-cut slots, reinforced edges (3.5 mm), and four M6 x 10 mm studs for mounting. It attaches to the tabletop with three C-shaped MS brackets 1.5 mm thick (80 mm x 35mm x 42 mm) and is covered with a plastic injectionmoulded cap. The seat and back shells, made from plastic reinforced with 20% PPGF, have top backrest width 360 mm & 435 mm at bottom while seat width shall be 430 mm & depth of 390 mm. Tolerance of +/- 5mm to be considered for product sizes i.e Length, Depth & height and tolerance of 5% to be considered in pipe thickness & Pipe sizes.

Auditorium Chair with deskletThe Auditorium chair shall be size of overall width 635mm, Overall height -1030mm. Seat: size- 450mm. (W) x 470 mm (D) x 150 mm (T) at front edge and 80 mm at rear edge. Seat to Back height shall be 740mm and back width shall be 460mm. Seat frame of ERW Tube / IS :3074-2005 GRADE 1-20 mm square Pipe 1.2 mm OR Mild Steel of size 20 X 5 mm flat “ C “ bend type. Seat shall be Auto tip. Back: Back Rest frame of ERW Tube / IS :3074-2005 GRADE 1-19 dia Round Pipe 1.2 mm OR Mild Steel of size 25 X 3 mm flat bend as per ergonomic contour “ S “ bend to suit the body shape.The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for upright and tilted conditions. The seat & back frame should be nicely covered with PPCP tray with 3 to 4 mm minimum wall thickness. It should comply to sound acoustic properties. The chair shall rest on the ground on two side panel frames (Side Panel/Aisle Panel ). Stand shall be in tubular steel structure. Metal tube IS : 4923-1997- 80 X 40 mm, 1.63 Thickness. M.S. sheet metal frame formed in 1.6 mm. The side wooden panel must be 6 mm thick with fabric upholster with a spacing of 560 mm.The side panels shall be fixed to the floor using 4 nos Grouting bolt - M 8 X 75 mm expandable anchor fasteners with chemicals for grouting. All Mild steel components will be epoxy polyester powder coated to 50-60 microns. The powder coating process shall undergo 7 step rust resistance pre treatment process viz degreasing, pickling as per IS standard. After pre treatment process, the components should be NANO coated and passified for better adhesion of paint as per IS 3618.Wooden writing tray shall be provided.Tolerance of +/- 5mm to be considered for product sizes i.e Length, Depth & height and tolerance of 5% to be considered in pipe thickness & Pipe sizes.

3 Seater Writing Bench The overall size shall be 1790L x 590D x 810H. The bench seating height shall be 420mm from ground. The bench per seat size shall be, seat depth 460mm and seat width 460mm. The chair shall have individual writing pad with Injuction moulded ABS writing tablet with370mm lenght, 265mm width and 10 thickness shall assembled for arm rest. The writing pad height shall be 685mm from floor.Beam & Legs shall be from uniquely designed MS tubes, the foot shall be from high pressure diecast aluminium material comes with height adjustable levellers to take care even if there is a floor undulation upto 8-10mm. The Feet, Leg & Beam comes in flat pack, knock down condition and are fixed using zinc passivated best grade hardware. Seat and back shell should made by injection moulding process with plastic material of PPGF20%. seat and back shall have cushion. Arms shall be Dia of 25mm MS tube fixed with PP arm rest. All Metal & aluminium parts shall comes with powder coating finish of 60-80 micron thk.Tolerance of +/- 5mm to be considered for product sizes i.e Length, Depth & height and tolerance of 5% to be considered in pipe thickness & Pipe sizes.

2 Seater SofaTwo Seater Sofa : Overall size shall be 1610 mm W x 975 mm D x 820 mm H. Sofa inner frame structure shall be made from the combination of treated solid wood and plywood having high quality webbing belts to ensure good strength, rigidity & stable construction to offer high durability. There shall be extra padding between the armrest & the seat on both sides for better comfort & polyfilled in arms & backrest. The polyurethane (PU) foam shall be used in Seat & back rest having 40 density and 32 density respectively. Seat to backrest angle should be ergonomically designed to offer the best seating comfort. Seat height shall be normally between 16 to 18 inches and depth shall be between 20-22 inches. Sofa shall be elevated from ground by about 3 inches using Gold finished metal legs creating provision for easy cleaning & better look. Upholstery shall be of high quality Leatherite offering the best feel & comfort.
