PART-A-SUGAULI:Repair and Maintenance of Complete Hydraulic System of Diffuser as per details given below and attached tender document:

Repair and Maintenance of diffuser complete Hydraulic system.Scope of work as under: - Providing Manpower for Servicing and Maintenance of chainless diffuser Hydraulic system, consist of followings:a).Forward Motion Power pack – 1 Nos. b).Retract Motion Power pack – 1 Nos. c).Forward Motion Cylinders – 6 Nos. d).Retract Motion Cylinders – 6 Nos. e).Maintenance Hand Operated Pump Unit – 1 Set.Repair and Maintenance of all the above listed system and cylinders and to keep them in sound working condition for running the plant. The Repair and Maintenance is for service only, excluding spares. Any kind of system components, spares parts, seal kits, fittings, fasteners shall be provided by HBL. Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out during off season, schedule to be finalized in concurrence with Officer in charge of HBL. Breakdown call (Minor or Major) shall be attended within 48 hrs. from the time of intimation and set right the system to working condition immediately. All breakdown calls shall be attended to as a part contract at no extra charges.Service report shall be furnished after completion of breakdown service. Necessary tools and tackles shall be arranged by HBL. Space for servicing system components and cylinders at workshop shall be arranged by HBL. Detailed Scope as mentioned in tender document.
