| 1 | Scaffolding arrangement at site. The work includes such as plates, balli, jacks, chain block, chains etc., to & fro of the required material for Scaffolding, its loading & unloading and its dismantling after completion of work. |
| 2 | Providing of necessary safety measures as safety Belt, Helmet, boots etc. and necessary arrangement for fresh air for executor. Safety equipments have to be arranged at site for the workers & site supervisor as the work has to be done in the deep water chamber this includes loading-unloading & cartage charges. |
| 3 | Dismantling the worn out parts of inlet gate by cutting out the rusted fasteners with the help of gas cutter and required tools & tackles, men poweretc. |
| 4 | Fabrication and fixing of hand wheel for operation of inlet gate as required. |
| 5 | Cleaning of spindle by chemical and thinner for smooth movement as per site requirement. |
| 6 | Repairing of inlet gate flap by theabrasive paper, grinder and chemical and etc. as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Re-fixing of brass strip fitting at both sides of the gate with proper fasteners after cleaning and grinding the surface as per site requirement. |
| 8 | Fabrication of Long spindle duly threaded as per existing shape and sizefor operation of inlet gate as required. |
| 9 | Fabrication/Fixing of spindle holding arrangement as per site requirement. |
| 10 | Replacement of Head stock assembly for trouble free movement of spindle upward and down ward etc. as per site requirement. |
| 11 | Repairing of M.S Channelfor holding ofhead stock assembly & wheel& M.s Plate for supporting the said inlet gate as per site requirement. |
| 12 | Fixing of channel M.S Channel and M.s Plate of inside in chamberwith the help of gas cutter and welding machine with all required heavy labour. |
| 13 | Repair/Fabrication G.M. Nut of spindle including casting, machining, threading etc. as per site requirement. |
| 14 | Fixing of long spindle, Nut head stock assembly, wheel and etc. with required tools & tackles and all safety equipment’s etc. as per required at site. |
| 15 | Painting the gate with two coat black anti corrosive paint after proper cleaning etc. |
| 16 | Testing/ Commissioning the inlet gate after completion of work job includes the cartage etc. |
