Tender For Special Repair To Central Heating System At Cesr Under Ge 865 Ews; 1 M & L for Pre - insulated MS pipe, Class C havingminimum thicknes of PUF insulation as mentioned below and of density 36 Kg/Cum and 26 gauge GI/AL cladding complete suitable for above ground as per sizes shown including taking down the old pipes. The pipes should be insulated with closed cell puf of density 36±2 Kg/Cum of below mentioned thickness. The Pipe should be workable in the temp. range of -50 Degree Celcius to 120 Degree Celcius. Note :- The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589 having minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia and minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. 2 150 mm with 50 mm dia PUF thicknes and 24 gauge Al cladding. 3 125 mm with 50 mm dia PUF thicknes and 24 gauge Al cladding. 4 100 mm with 50 mm dia PUF thicknes and 24 gauge Al cladding. 5 80 mm with 50 mm dia PUF thicknes and 24 gauge Al cladding. 6 50 mm with 50 mm dia PUF thicknes and 24 gauge Al cladding. 7 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of PVC (minimum 15kg/sqcm pressure rated) drain water piping complete with fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, u trap etc.) supports, jointing insulated with XLPE class O tubular insulation and any other item required to make the system complete including taking down the old pipes for nominal diameters of pipe as indicated below: 8 25 mm dia pipe with Insulation thickness 19 mm 9 32 mm dia pipe with Insulation thickness 19 mm 10 40 mm dia pipe with Insulation thickness 19 mm 11 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following diameter valves (PN-16 Rating) (complete with flanges integral or welded, fittings, nuts, bolts & gaskets (PN-16 rating), strainers, gauges etc for condensor water circulation as per specifications including taking down existing valves. Insulation thickness ofvalves should be equal to the Insulation of PUF and GI cladding of pipe section as specified. Butterfly Valve (Insulated Valves) with CI body SS disc nitrile sheet & O ring, complete with fittings, nuts, bolts & gaskets. 12 150 mm dia Butterfly Valve 13 100 mm dia Butterfly Valve 14 80 mm dia Butterfly Valve 15 40 mm dia Butterfly Valve 16 20 mm dia Butterfly Valve 17 Supply and fixing and replacement of chilled/hot water fan coil unit (FCU) vertical type floor mounting 2.5 TR capacity complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Carrier / Voltas / Blue Star or equivalent approved make as approved by GE 18 Supply and fixing and replacement of chilled/hot water fan coil unit (FCU) wall mounting 2.0 TR capacity complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Carrier / Voltas / Blue Star or equivalent approved make as approved by GE 19 Supply and fix in replacement of Inlet/outlet forged brass ball valve 20 mm with Y stainer for FCU, hot water for 25 to 90 degree temperature as per existing, including MS / GI nipple of size 3/4 inch, necessary welding work and cutting the existing rusty unserviceable MS/GI nipple complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 Supply and fix in replacement of Inlet/outlet forged brass ball valve 15 mm with Y stainer for FCU, hot water for 25 to 90 degree temperature as per existing, including MS / GI nipple of size 3/4 inch, necessary welding work and cutting the existing rusty unserviceable MS/GI nipple complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
