( cement mortor) 4 Brick work with common burnt clayof Class 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarsesend) etc. above plinth level upto flor v level. Same qty item no -2 5 Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement inc cement slurry (40mm thick with 20mm. Nominal size of stone Aggregate). 6 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 6 cement & fine sand mortor…..etc. 7 Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slab by appling cement slarry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of appling (A)- affter surfase preparation trist layerofapplyingof cement @ 0.488 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg / sqm.(B)- laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green over laps of joints of fiber cloth should be less then 10 cm.(C)- third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting parapet all arround.
