Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three milimeter and Forty five milimeter) water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) By Mechancial Means

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg/Sqm (Zero point Eighty five Kilogram) per Square meter. using mechanical means as per Techanical Specification Clause 502including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of275 kg ./sqm ( Two hundred Seventy five kilogram/square metre) on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 to 5.60 ( five point forty to five point sixty )per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine )complete in all respectsincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross-Section area 0.40 Sqm (zero point four zero square metre) in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions.
