repair maintenance of Dg Sets, Sub-Station Equipments, Lifts, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, Air Washer And Sound System In Office Building And Residential Complex For Ag(B) Office, Patna.--Addition: NIL Correction: NIL Overwriting: NIL Deletion: NIL SH-I Sub-Station & DG Set 1.1 Providing services for operation & maintenance of Sub-Station and DG Sets Equipments alongwith all its associated accessories at AG Office and Residential Complex by deploying following staffs in shifts as per the terms and conditions attached at Annexure-I&II etc. as required. 1.1.1 Skilled Staff 730 1.1.2 Un-skilled Staff 730 1.2 AMC of following capacities and make D.G. Sets complete with engine, alternator & AMF panel, etc. i/c checking leakage, loose connection, sound, working parts adjusting, cleaning, servicing, replacement of defective items (but excluding materials) etc. as per maintenance manual i/c attending call back services on monthly basis as per the terms and conditions attached at Annexure-I&III, etc. complete as required. 1.2.1 62.5 KVA DG Set (Make: Cummins) - 1 Set 12 1.2.2 250 KVA DG Set (Make: Cummins) - 1 Set 12 1.3 Supply of following spare parts required for above DG sets including less credit for the buy-back of dismantled materials (labour cost for replacement shall be covered within the scope of AMC), etc. complete as required. For 62.5KVA DG set: 1.3.1 Element-oil filter 1.3.2 Diesel filter insert -52- 1.3.3 Element - air cleaner (item code 3814695) 1.3.4 Element - air cleaner (item code 3814696) 1.3.5 Inhibitor- corrosion 1.3.6 Clean master engine and genset parts cleaner 1.3.7 Hand cleanx waterless industrial hand cleaner 1.3.8 Rust guardian instant rust fighter For 250KVA DG Set: 1.3.9 Element - lube oil filter. 1.3.10 Kit - fuel filter and ring . 1.3.11 Inhibitor - corrosion. 1.3.12 Kit - super byp. filter element. 1.3.13 Rust guardian instant rust fighter. 1.3.14 Kit - air cleaner element. 1.3.15 Hand cleanx waterless industrial hand cleaner. 1.3.16 Clean master engine and genset parts cleaner. SH-II Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System 2.1 Providing services for operation & maintenance of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System alongwith all its associated equipments and accessories at AG Office complex by deploying following staffs in shifts as per the terms and conditions attached at Annexure-I & IV etc. as required. 2.1.1 Skilled Staff
