tender for Special Drive For Replacing Of Paver Blocks, Relaying Of Kerb Stones And Ancillary Works At Salt Lake Central Park Mela Ground, Bidhannagar. - 1 Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof 2 Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. 3 Labour for taking out old soling edging including removing debris(a) Single flat soling 4 Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared) 5 Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soilincluding removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed. 6 Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658: 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 15658)and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per CLNo.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS :15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP- 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction,levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 50mm thicki) Grey 7 Taking out stone slabs of flat V-shaped drain of road side and resetting the same to correct line and level with cement mortar (1 : 4) including cement pointing (1 :2) (a) Vertical kerb stone. (Cement- 1.25 Kg/M) 8 4 Relaying disturbed channel stone on new lime concrete (18 : 36 : 100)bed up to 75 mm thick. 9 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming anddressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 10 Brick edging 75 mm wide with picked jhama bricks, laid true to line and level including cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both side of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly complete as per direction. (a) Brick-on-edge edging (125 mm) depth. 11 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety 12 (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed andconsolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supplyof sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 13 Edging with 2nd Class Bricks, Laid Dry Lengthwise Edging with 2nd class bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 metres. 14 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30 m outside the periphery of the area as per Technical Specifications Clause 201 for Rural Roads of MORD. By Manual Means. 15 Supplying, fitting & fixing granite tiles 10mm to 12mm. thick in columns, wall, facia etc. with 15 thick [avg] cement mortar (1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging ,curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. [Using cement slurry at back side of tiles@ 4.4 kg/sq.m & white cement slurry for joint filling @ 1.8 kg/sq.m] 16 Add GST@18% on total of sl no1 to 15 17 Add L.Cess @1% on total of sl no1 to 16
