| 1 | Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetre) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading and in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing motor grader, rolling with three wheeled vibratory roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including brooming and supplying stone screeningtype-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading-III as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 andas per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana,toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates ofgrading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolledto achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.The rates including Royality, Malkhana,Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface as per MORD Technical specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana,toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) after and including cleaning the road surface withhydraulic/ mechanical brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared Bituminous surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana,Octroi, toll tax, saletax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (Forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-Thirty) @ 5% (five percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification clause No. 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Saletax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick and 0.10 (zero decimal one zero) meter wide strip in centre line and 0.30 (zero decimal three zero) meter wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grames) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministry of road transport specifications (Latest revision) and IRC code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from strasks and holes as per MORTH technical specification section 800 and as per the directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of tranpottation in all leads , lifts and all incidental charges. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
