tender for Urgent Repairing And Maintenance At Upstream And Downstream Of 30 (Thirty Vent) Vent Sluice And Other Allied Works Diamond Harbour Creek Khal In Diamond Harbour Municipality, District South 24 Parganas During The Year 2025-26. - 1 Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge 2 Dismantling Brick/Tile WorkDismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges,retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.(b) Cement mortar 3 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety Cement: PPC/PSC/OPC(33 Grade) 4 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary stagingupto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation 5 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if ecessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper positionand binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 mTor Steel rods / HYSD bars / TMT bars (JSW JSPL / Shyam / SRMB//SSL/ BMASL / Electrosteel) (Fe 415 /Fe 500 /Fe 500D, conforms to lS: 1786) 6 First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. (a) In 1:4 proportion. 7 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and rip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster1) Cement: PPC/PSC/ OPC(33 Grade) 8 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, windowsill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m. 1) Cement: PPC/PSC/ OPC(33 Grade) 9 Providing and laying Cement concrete Wearing coat M-30 grade with graded stone chips 19mm down including screening and cleaning approved stone chips and sand as necessary laying, finishing complete to camber and grade, curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and hire charges for form work including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications vide clause no. 2702 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works. 10 Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the arth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of E) Beyond 4.00 km and upto 5.00 km 11 (A) Materials delivered and stacked at site5) Ordinary bats. 12 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surfaceWith super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 13 Labour charges for collecting or taking out displaced cement concrete or brick blocks of all sizes from slope, bed or apron and relaying the same in canal bed or slopes including clearing, dressing, ramming and preparing bed with necessary earthwork complete within a lead of 200metre and all lifts complete. 14 Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurements will be on finished work / in stack after deducting necessary void). (B) First class brick ballast 15 Providing and laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 Cm. x 53 Cm, x 25 Cm. or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 m.m. thick cement plaster , curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300 mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. The gap between adjacent blocks will not be more than 10 m.m.(Sand, cement mortar mix for making blocks, pointing & plastering is1:4)
