    Auction Sale Of Total Qty. = 18 + 02 = 20 Units, Description - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarters And Buildings At Rpf Colony-Block Nos.: 516/1-4(Type-I), At Babu Colony-Block Nos. 178/1-3(Type-Ii), At Medical Colony-Block Nos. 373/1, 451/1(Type-Ii), At Control Block-Block No. 419/1(Type-Ii), At Ne Colony-Block Nos. 1484/1-8(Type-I With Rcc Roof), Creche Building Near Horticulture Office And Old Sub-Station No.-8 At Old Gm Office Compound Including Damaged Ac Sheet Roofing With Total Plinth Area Of 1033.91 Sq. Mtrs.Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. (3) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. (4) Any Hidden Material Like Rails, Beam Etc Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. (5) Rail Post And Purlins Are Offered For Auction. (6) Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Barbed Wire Fencing, Doors, Pvc Doors, Tie Bar Panel & Asbestos Ceiling. The Same Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder If Found.Special Remarks - 1) Due To Complexity Of Lots, Free Delivery Period Against This Lot Will Be 80 Days As Per Railway Board Letter No. 2015/Rs(S)/709/5 Dt. 29/01/2016 Under Chapter No.-7.4. 2) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis & Quarters Will Be Delivered In Nos.
