Tender For Road Safety And Other Miscellaneous Works On All Categories Of Roads Falling Under The Jurisdiction Of Assistant Engineer Ist - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty,etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.S.I. No. Ch.-27,S.No.-7 New Item 2 Road Delineator Providing and fixing of standard metal delineator as per IRC-79-2019 consisting of minimum retro frflective unit exposed area of 330 sqare cm in while color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coelficlent of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness. on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both side. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed the front and back faces of the delineator should be corved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20 degree and 30 degree to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. If somehow tender pre qualification conditions do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-incharge before finallization of bill. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridge etc or as desired by site engineer. 3 Reflective Raised Pavement Marker Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. No. Ch.-27,S.No.-10 New Item 4 Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC 67-2012Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67:2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fried over aluminum sheeting type-IV 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
