    Supply And Installation Of Particle Counting Equipment; 1 Particle content instrument As per IS: 13236:2013/ IEC 60970 - 2007 1 No. 2 Liquid Particle Counter Particles Counting and Sizing as per IEC 60970 - 2 1 μm 3 Power supply: 230 V, 50 Hz 4 Measurement Unit Scale Sorting particles into at least: > 4μm, > 6 μm, > 1 5 Source Specific particle count and distribution for a mea 6 Particle separation capacity Not saturating (i.e. providing a lower than expected count as a result of particle coincidence within the sensing zone) when analyzing a suspension containing less than 2000 particles per millilitre of fluid 7 Compressed gas A pressurized source of air or nitrogen free from oil or water contamination filtered through a 0,45 μm membrane filter. The capacity, pressure range and constant pressure controls should meet the requirements of the particular equipment in use. 8 Solvent dispense Should be fitted with a 0,45 μm membrane filter at 9 Ultrasonic bath 10 Calibration standard ISO MTD. 11 Interface USB, LAN 12 Connectivity 1)The testing equipment shall have one of the Communication port to capture the reading/observation machine itself with standard published protocol/ m. 2)The testing equipment should have data/observation/reading export facility of testing (like text, excel, csv etc..) 13 Calibration: Calibration as per applicable ISO & Class traceable to ISO 17025 There should be no lockable to the equipment after calibration due date to perform the desired operations on the equipment 14 Accessories & Installation in Vendor scope Installation with required Accessories & Installation for functional requirements is in vendor scope
