| 5 | Under VehicleScanning System (UVSS):Providing, Supplying, installation, Commisioning and testing ofUnder VehicleScanning System, to enable inspection ofany vehicle’sunderside through a static composite image of the vehicle, as per the details given below:- TheUVSSmust be of Indianorigin,withregards toitsdesign, development,&manufacturingandtheoriginalequipment manufacturer (OEM) should preferablybe an Indian, ISO-9001 certified company. The quoted OEM’sUVSS brandshould have at leastfifty (100) ormoresuchreferences anywherewithinIndia.A listofsuch references must be furnished. The UVSS should produce multiple angular view ofhigh resolution 3D COLOR imagesofthe complete under-bodyofany vehicle passing over it using dual Area-scan camera based technology.The UVSS shouldbecapableofhandling vehicles moving at different speeds ranging from Zero (0) to 30 Km/hr, while the morphed composite imagessocapturedbyitshouldbeautomaticallyanddynamically adjusted according to the speed ofthe vehicle using multiple induction loop based sensors.Each ofthe dual imaging cameras should be ofhigh resolution Area- scan,GigE type with XGAresolution of(1920 x1200) or above. The minimum specification of this camera to be:- i. Camera Type : Gigabit Ethernet progressive camera. ii. Sensor : CMOS XGA resolution (1920 x 1200) or better. iii. Field of View: > 135. iv. Format : GiGE Vision compliant specifications. v. Composite Image resolution of the underside : 4 megapixel. vi. Camera certification : CE vii.
