Tender For Construction of new tubewell in place of failure tubewell Dhora Manpura Gram Panchayat Ghatial Badi - 1 Construction of tube well upto 100 mtr depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & overburden to accommodate casing pipe of following stres in all type of soils and caring as pding lowering of casing pipe (if required) excluding cost of casing pipe as per 15 2800 Part 1 1991 and IS 2800 Part 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specification. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal bore of casing pipe Nominere 200 mm 2 Add 15% extra sp to 200 mm No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 witbond 100 mtr from ground level, rate shall be app depth 3 Add 30% extra on those grond Item No 2.41 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from 4 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe IS1 marked (IS 4270/2001) of amended up to date of following sizes. 200mm dia nominal bore 5.4mm thick200 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 5.4mm & mass of tube 28.46 Kg/m 5 Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe ISi marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:$110-1985. 200 mm dia nominal bore of S 4mm thickness 6 Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per JS: 8034-2011 (pump) and 15 9283-2013 (motor) or amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect.15.00 KW (20 HP) and head above 120 mtr. 7 Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694: 1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS $130: 1980 including making connection etc. 3 core 6.0 mm2 8 Supply & Fixing MS clamp set of 50x6 mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump 9 Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet Smin thick at top & Smm thick I OOmm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with Gl Nipple 45cm long & two Gi flanges at both end in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate (as per drawillg enclosed) A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall tic provided & welded with 80mm Gl nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided 200mm din 10 phota 11 Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked il Pipe B class as per 15: 1239 or amended up to date threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc complete in all respect 50mm din 6 mtr length
