No. Item Description 1 Providing unskilled labour for cleaning side wall, Floor and column of pump house as per the instructions of engineer incharge etc comlete. 2 Providing and applying “high strength, non shrink free flow grout material” i. e. micro concrete (like shrink comp or equivalent) having compressive strength as 400 Kilogram/sq.cm. including finishing the surface and curing for 07 days. The usage of this non shrink concrete with zero slump is to allow to occupy every free space leaving no voids, thereby producing dense concrete with proper bonding with concrete (The quoted rates to be inclusive of all materials, labours, tools & tackles, transportation, taxes etc complete) to be applied for foundation and strengthening of pier etc and as per the direction of Site-In-Charge. (The product like Ultratech/Rendroc (RGL) of FOSROC or its equivalent) 3 Chipping of all loose and Spalling of concrete to bottom of slab, beams etc.(wherever required), cleaning of reinforcement, carrying out thorough sand blasting, application of anti-corrosive zinc rich epoxy primer to exposed reinforcement including cost of material, labour, equipment, tools, scaffolding etc. complete. 4 Providing and applying Epoxy based PRO EPI Shield Floor sealer primer in one coat to provide excellent adhesion prior to appliction of high strength & built Flooring Screed - DFT 5 Providing and applying High strength & built Flooring Scread-DFT a 3 part epoxy based two compound self layer underlaying for screed layer coating over prepared surface upto 3 mm thickness to prepare unic level surface prior to application of PRO - ELECTROSHIELD COATING . 6 Providing of PRO-ELECTROSHIELD insulation coating 3 part epoxy based self levelling 2 mm thickness -DFT top coat to provide minimum dielectric strength of 33 KV having aproved of ERDA as well as CPRI . mixing along with epoxy pigment colour for desire colour top flooring . applying one coat of yellow striping with application of safe boundary yellow gold
