No. Item Description 1 Satgachi ph-3 2 Fault finding for low discharge from pumping machinery by dismantling CIDF items, valves etc. & also checkingelectrical accessories as per direction of EIC. 3 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 4 Withdrawing of defective 10 HP submersible pump motor set along with 80 mm dia M.S column pipes by necy. arrangement & skilled labour after disconnection of power line & delivery pipe line as per direction of EIC. 5 Supply & delivery of following materials - 6 Carrying charges for Departmental supplied one no. 12.5 H.P submersible pumping machineryset from PHE Office (Purta Bhavan) to above mention pump house for installation including loading and unloading complete as per direction of EIC. 7 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable.(Make : Finolex/ Gloster/ Mescab/ Currency/ Netco/ Polycab/ Approved Make) 8 80mm. dia uPVC column pipe 7.1mm. thick having 70mm. long 8TPI threaded both side with heavy type one socket & O ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having I.S.O. 9001 standard. (Make : Ashirbad/ Oriplast/ Raksha/ Approved Make). 9 10ft. long (3 mtrs) 10 Making safety device for above pump by supplying1 dia nylon rope 11 Steel Plug, M.S. Nipple, Flange, Nuts, Bolts, gaskets etc 12 65 mm dia x 150 mm long G.I Short piece 13 80 X 65 mm dia G.I Reducer 14 Installation of departmental supply 12.5 H.P submersible pumping machinery withcable, rope etc.for making delivery & washout pipe line and testing the whole installation complete as per direction of EIC. 15 Satgachi ph-1 & 2 & 3 & 4. 16 Distribution wiring in 1.1KV.
