Tender For Construction Of Atal Pargati Path In Village Chadwas - Constt of Atal Pargati Path in Village Chadwas 2 Part A Earth Work 3 Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. 4 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation or other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.Note :- Deduct if excavated earth as per item No. 3.5 (ii)is used and pushedfor filling in embankment. 5 Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately 6 Part - B- WBM Work 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401.For Grading IIIMaterial 8 Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub- base over a prepared sub - grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15 : 1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600 -1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8 -10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601. 9 Part - C - C.C.
