No. Item Description 1 Boring with casing pipe with suitable dia varying to 300mm. to 450mm dia water jet system or perfusion system including welding or fitting and fixing threading jointing the tubewell as per consisting of MS pipe strainer/fibre glass strainer, socket, bottom plug top cap etc. and lowering the whole assembly within the bore as per direction of EIC (MS pipe, strainer, coupling will be supplied departmentally free of cost surplus materials if any to be returned to the store in good condition for which no extra payment will be made casing pipe will be supplied by the contractor. 2 Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous) of tube well by using suitable air compressor (Min. Capacity: 600CFM & operating Pressure 14 Bar) followed by yield testing with BHT pump (Head :45 to 50mtr.,Discharge :1100 to 1000 LPM and 25 BHP engine)all complete includingTo & Fro Transportation cost and Cost of fuels, lubricants & Labour etc. 3 Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction. 4 Supply and delivery of UPVC pipe (CD) conforming to IS 12818:2010. (CIPET Certified).(i) 200 mm dia. 5 Supply fibre glass reinforced Epoxy resin slotted of 1 mm slot width in 6.10 m length approved make and as per direction of EIC . (7mm wall thickness)200 mm dia 6 Supply and delivery at site of UPVC End Cap. ( 200 mm dia.) 7 Supply and delivery of M.S. Housing clamp 250/200 mm dia. 8 Supply and delivery of M.S .Centre guide (Special Type). 9 Supply and delivery of Washed gravels size ranging from 1.80 mm to 4.74 mm. conforming to IS 4097 : 1967. 10 Supply and delivery of Bentonite Powder conforming to IS 6186 : 1986. 11 Electro-logging charge. 12 Supplying M.S male /female adopter of approved make and brand for coupling of UPVC pipe and fiber glass strainer , as per direction of the Engineer in charge.III) 200 mm 13 Carrying CI/DI pipes with specials and valves and lowering placing in position and laying carefully inside the trenches in proper alignment and gradient etc. including earth work in excavation of adequate width as per specification having min. clear cover from top of pipe is 1.10mtr. below existing ground level in any kind of soil including mixed with boulder, road sub-grade and its flank,but excluding moorum and laterite and stoneetc.without damaging the exisiting telephone/electric cable etc.(in case of damaged if any type of cable line during excecution , necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost) preparing the bottom surface for continuous bedding of pipe line and laying pipes, fitting, fixing specials and valves with bailing out water if any including carriage of pipes, specials and valves from local deptt. store within 8KM and back filling the trenches with excavated earth in layers to original condition as per specification and direction of EIC. The surplus materials after execution of work are to be return to the deptt. store. N.B: i) Any deviation from required clear cover of 1.10mtr., due to site adverse condition, prior permission is to be obtained from the EIC in exceptional situation and payment will be made on prorate basis over the rate of entire itemii) No payment will be made without hydraulic test of the pipe line either part or fulliii) The pipes, specials and valves , rubber gasket will be supplied deptt.free of cost. D) 100mm dia. 14 Making rubber gasket joint to CI/DI pipes maintaining proper alignment level etc. by mechanical arrangement with or without using mobile cranes where necessary and with help of all other equipments tools and tackles etc. as required providing lubricants of approved quality and direction of EIC. (rubber gasket will be supplied deptt. free of cost)C 100 mmdia 15 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.a) Pakur Variety 16 Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification. 17 Supplying delivery of CI/DI specials as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. 18 Add GST @18% on sum of Item No. 1 to 17 19 Add Cess @1% on sum of Item No. 1 to 18
