(For LPBS to individual valve actuator.) 12 Nuts & Bolts.(MOC:-CS) 13 6 mm thick Rubber gasket. 14 Earthing of the LPBS.(2 Nos Earth Pit) 15 Laying of 100/150 mm dia CI/DI pipe after cutting earth and removing dedris near lighting kiosk towards ajoy river, then placed it in proper position, in between sand basin and road end, then its end fixed by using brick work,plain cement concrete and net cement finishing and all RBTWs cable from Low lift run through this pipe so no chance of damaged all work should be done as per direction of EIC.(To Cross The Road) 16 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.(From Panel to Main Switch) 17 Atfirst removing damaged 600 mm dia Non-Rising type sluice valve, and pipe lines, from the existing valve chamber by using hydra/crane, dismantling all Nuts and Bolts joints etc, next demolished the concrete chamber, Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a)In ground floor including roof. 18 Installation of the above said items Sl No-5.01 to 5.12, excluding item No-5.05, straightening the bend portion of pipe line by replacing it, then positioning the valve, making necessary flange joints, DM joints etc, next fitting & fixing of 100 Amps main switch, busbar, LPBS etc in proper sequence to powered & control, doing necessary earthing attachment, tightening the nuts, bolts all erection item like frabricating, cutting, welding etc, as per direction of EIC. This cost included with all required arrangements and materials to complete the whole work. 19 Testing the whole Installtion as per direction. 20 Valve Chamber Making Portion:- 21 Earth work in excavation of Cable line trenches, in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed &filling the same with excaveted soil including ramming dressing after all complete. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,bailing out water as required complete.Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 22 Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed. 23 (i)Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks, including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 24 (ii)Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. 25 (iii)Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)(a) In foundation and plinth 26 iv)Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off of chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar, 20 mm thick plaster. 27 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.II) II) For Structural Works in Roof Trusses etc. using joists, channels and angles of specified section weighing less than 22.5 kg/ m. 28 Painting of old 750 mm dia operating platform and sheet metal Room and also New oneas per direction of EIC. 29 Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit FR (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box andmending good the damages to original finish.Average run 5 mtr. 30 9 Watt LED Bulb with 825 lumen output.(Make:-Approved make) 31 Supply & Fixing angular batten holder (Anchor) on 75mm dia PVCround block / round bakelite on wall/ceiling. 32 Fitting & fixing of the indoor lighting luminaries along with new & old accessories to the pole etc as per direction of EIC. 33 Add GST @ 18% 34 Add CESS @ 1%
