AVR(Both Sides), Drainage old/moistured oil from the existing main tank of A.V.R. through the valve and stored in a container, then dismantling Top and inspection cover, HV bushings, coservator tank. Next removing the old silica gel, breather, all kind of gasket and oil seal from the whole A.V.R. and replacing by the new one, also functioning the damaged control circuit, regulator arrangement by supplied materials from SL No-2.01 to 2.09, this cost included with Old UPS Replaced by New UPS, Auto- Manual Operation Rectification Charges, Carbon Roller & Tag & Tail Replacement Charges as per direction of EIC. 16 Filling the transformer oil through filter machine by old oil and newly suppllied oil after filtration to the 315 KVA A.V.R. engaging skilled and unskilled personnel for increasing IR value as per direction including hire charges of oil filter machine and oil testing equipment and 5 KVA DG set and carraige the same from Asansol to Bhaburia Head Works site and back as per direction of EIC. 17 Making necessary connection of A.V.R. at HT sides after cleaning, washing tightened up the cable end socket and rapping with new adhesive and insulation tapes, including testing and commissioning all complete as per direction of EIC. 18 3 PANEL VCB(1 I/C+2 O/G):- 19 Supply of 25 Amp, TNC Switch, Spring Return- Pistol Grip Handle with 1-Trip & 1-Close contact.(Make:-Kaycee, Model No-BCA01P006K142/N/32) 20 Supply of single phase voltmeter with auto exit from setup, elegant ergonomic design, intuitive dual function key, bright LED indicators - Kilo & Phase indications for measured value, CL-1.0 accuracy, 50 Hz.(Make:-Schneider, Model No-DM1210) 21 Supply of Supporting insulator for 11KV P.T.(Make:-Approved make) 22 Supply of Supporting Insulator for 11 KV 3 Panel Busbar.(Make:-Approved make) 23 Supply of 185 Sq. mm.
