| 3 | 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). |
| 4 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) |
| 5 | Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). |
| 6 | Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing Inaugural stone of size 600x450mm of black granite stone 18mm thick containing specified Logo and font by engraving the letters including painting with reqd. colour complete as per instruction of Engineer incharge. |
| 8 | Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. |
| 9 | Repairing of existing MS gate including cutting, welding, grinding and change of damaged bush with all materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per instruction of Engineer incharge. |
| 10 | Execution charge for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (Enamel paint will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost.) |
| 11 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) |
