| 7 | Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length ofcollecting line including fixing with supplied G.I. Wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC . (Pump toupto river bank). |
| 8 | Laying of three cables 3 Core X 10 Sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal) the trench size : 915 mm x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable with 8 nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 nos. bricks per mtr. as separator between the cables including filling the space between the bricks and cables and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.(From River bank to Panel) |
| 9 | Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.(From River bank to Panel) |
| 10 | Making straight through joint between existing motor cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm and 3 Core X 4 Sqmm submersible copper flat cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction. |
| 11 | Making straight through joint of 3 core 10 mm2 Al Ar Cable with submersible flat cable by supplying Ferrul , rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof (with kit). |
| 12 | Installation of 10H.P submersible pumping machinery along with 80 mm dia. M.S. column pipepart by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the vertical submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S. Top Cover on the tube wells with supplying necessary Clamps made of 65 mmX 12 mm thick flat as per reqd length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction. |
| 13 | Withdrawing of submersible pumping machineries from old river bed Tube Well along with Column pipe after disconnection of all pipe line and power line connection with the help of Derrick and Chain Pulley arrangement by engaging skilled technician as per direction of EIC.(10 HP S/M P/M.) |
| 14 | Lowering of Submersible pump Motor set along with 80 mm dia Column pipe part by part in the existing Tube Wells with an arrangement of Derrick and Chain Pulley arrangement, making Pipe line connection etc.all complete as per direction of EIC.(10 HP S/M P/M.) |
| 15 | Finishing the end of 3 core 10 sqmm XLPE armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. |
