Tender For Augmentation Of Essential Services To Ilp Being Constructed Under Op Works At Ota Gaya => Limited; 1 Supply & fixing in replacement 20 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade,threaded in any length,laid in trenches/wall/floor, ISI marked including necessary fittings complete all as directed. 2 All as per item srl No. 1 here-in-before but GI pipe 25 mm bore. 3 All as per item srl No. 1 here-in-before but GI pipe 40 mm bore. 4 S & F for 40 mm bore Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixeding .complete all as directed. 5 All as per item srl No. 4 here-in-before but 25 mm bore. 6 All as per item srl No. 4 here-in-before but 20 mm bore. 7 Supply & Fixing cast iron sluice valve, SS spindle 150 mm bore, flanged ends PN-1.0 ISI marked as per IS:14846/2000 ,spindel-ss is;6603 gland packing,greasy jute packing fasteners-cs is:1367, cl-4.6/4.0 gasket natural rubber and CI operating wheel including gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed. 8 All as per item no. 7 here-in-before but for size 100 mm bore. 9 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.. 10 Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as directed. 11 Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed. 12 M & L for construction of brick masonry valves pits of the size 500 mm x 1500 mm x 1200 mm internal dimension complete with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover angle iron frame duly painted with locking arrangement including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC work complete. 13 All as per item no.12 here-in-before but size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm bore. 14 All as per item no. 12 here-in-before but for size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm bore. 15 Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-7 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Cutting of pipe shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately. complete all as directed. 16 All as per item srl no 15 but 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for Ductille iron fitting upto 150 mm dia for Bends,Tee pieces single branch. Y junction, double branch, cross collars, caps and plugs complete all as directed. 18 M & L for cutting CI/DI/GI in position for inserting of new tees branches etc upto150 mm bore of pipe complete all as directed. 19 M& L for Cutting of road for laying of ductile/galvanised iron pipe line upto 102 Mtr depth and getting out including forming bottom surface to reqired level or slope & making good the road complete all as directed. 20 M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work complete all as directed.
