Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and servicing of 2.0 Ton Cassette type Air conditioning machine inclusive of all.

Deployment of A.C Machines Operator (Semi-skilled) for On & Off of A.C Machines per day as per instruction by the Authority.

The attendant shall sign regularly in time in attendance register kept in the site office room.

All sorts of breakdown/ defects found must be recorded in the log book and also inform immidiately to the concerned SAE (E)/AE (E).

A.C operator/attendant should possess a common cell phone and number should be submitted to the SAE (E)/ AE (E).

It will be treated as absent if no operator/ attendant found at site.

If any kind of incapability & negligency are noticed in observing all the said terms & conditions against the acceptance/ agreement then necessary deduction in payment will be made in pro-rata basis as decided by the EIC in that case the above-said contract may be terminated without any notice and stringent & punishable action may be taken against the concern agency.
