Tender For Operation And Maintenance Of Pumping Machinery And 11Kv/ 0.433 Kv Substation At Boosting Station-Ii, Rana Paschim Ramnagar Under A.A.A Surface Based Water Supply Project In S.24Pgs District Under South 24Pgs Mechanical Division, Phe Dte. - 1 Pumping Machinery Labour charges for day to day operation of 5 nos. 132Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. three will be operated at a time and two will be stand by), operation of 2 nos vacuum pumps, two nos dewatering pumps, five nos ventilation and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. From 01-08-2025 to 31-07-2026 2 Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, AT-Starters, valves with actuators, vacuum pumps, dewatering pumps, Ventilation system, LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months. 3 Sub StationLabour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 11KV/0.433 KV substation, HV and LV panel boards, control panel boardincluding capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 20KA VCBs, 1600amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC From 01-08-2025 to 31-07-2026 4 Routine and periodical maintenance of LT&HT panel board, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months. 5 Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT, instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC.A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays.B] M-pact SCB’s releaseC] All the auxiliaries relaysD] Shunt trip circuitE] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuitF] Calibration of all metersG] Motor protection Relay-type CTMFM-402 & High speed Tripping relay (VAJH-13) Test results to be submitted. 6 Servicing and testing of all indoor type VCBs and ACBs, HV and LV panel boards, checking complete wiring of CTS, PTS with insulations, checking instrumentation panels, checking cleaning of bus bars (both HT<), LT feeders and regressing the contacts by any testing agency approved by the WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC. 7 N.B:- 1.
