No. Item Description 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 2 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand 3 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (1:6)a) In foundation and plinth 4 Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layer not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saluration with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (Payament to be made on mesurement of finished quantity) 5 B) Do - by fine sand 6 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant I.S. codes. a) Pukur Variety. 7 Plaster to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Up to 4th floor roof). (excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface) 8 ii) with 1:6 cement mortar.(a) 20mm thick plaster. 9 Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. 10 NOTE: Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m. 11 Supply & delivery of 25 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulatedAl. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I)(Make : INCAB /Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal) as per requirements. 12 Supply & delivery of 35 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulatedAl. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I)(Make : INCAB /Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal) as per requirements. 13 Laying of one no 25 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. cable in underground trenche 460mm. wide X 760mm. average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per mtr, including filling the space between the brick & cable & also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up & restoring surface duly rammed. 14 Supply & delivery of outdoor type Kiosk box (Size: 12x 6x 18) with suitable gauge M.S. sheet along with hinged type front door with locking arrangement including M.S leg angle frame covered consisting 6 way Aluminium busbar 100 amp. fixed on a Porcelain material and grouting its legs in rick piller. 15 Supply and delivery at site 300 mm dia MS casing pipe with 7 mm thickness with threaded one side, 3ft long with fitting fixing on existing uPVC casing by engaging skilled labour all complete as per direction of EIC. 16 Supply & delivery of Fully automatic star deltastarterwith overload relay (range 13 - 21) protection. [Make : L&T (model- ML - 1.5 FASD) / Siemens. ] 17 Fitting fixing of above starter on existing position after dismantling the damage one and other necessary materials to complete the job as per direction of EIC. 18 Add: 18% GST 19 Add: 1% CESS
