Tender For Rambhari Water Supply Scheme-Supply of all materials, labours & T&P etc and construct following works as per type design and drawings complete. 2 SM Intake Chamber 3 S.C.C. cum RF 4 Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock. 5 Soil mixed with Boulder 6 Ordinary Rock 7 Providing, carting, laying & jointing of following sizes of Pipes including all fittings, specials, bending, cutting & threading as required for proper completion of work.G.I. pipes as per IS: 1239/ 1985 Part-I 8 15mm dia 9 20mm dia 10 25mm dia 11 32mm dia 12 40mm dia 13 50mm dia 14 Supply and fixing of valves in pipeline including cuting, threading of pipeline with fittings, materials, labours, T&P etc complete. Wheel valves(Class-I) as per IS:788/1997 15 20mm dia 16 25mm dia 17 32mm dia 18 Supply and fixing of valves in pipeline including cuting, threading of pipeline with fittings, materials, labours, T&P etc complete. Air valves(Class-I) as per IS:789 19 25mm dia 20 Supply of all materials, labour T&Petc complete to construct CWR as per drawing includung all pipes & fittings complete. 21 5KL 22 Supply of all materials, labours, T&P. etc.and construct Gate valve chamber as per type design complete. 23 Making 15-25 mm nominal dia connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of including cutting and threading of pipe,bailing out water,fixing,if required,specials and testing etc.complete,but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out(and also subsequent back fill)existimg main. 24 Making ferrule connection in the existing main of G.I. any type of pressure mains with saddle piece,service connections,fittings and fixing of G.M Ferrule including the main,but excluiding the cost of earth work and cost of all materials.(Labour cost only incxluding index) 25 Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality 26 Providing brass ferrule of approved quality(15 mm nominal bore) 27 Providing G.I. tee of approved quality 28 Providing G.I. union of approved quality 29 Providing G.I. brass nipple of approved quality 30 Supply & fixing of chlorinating arrangement of 25 litre capacity over CWR roof slab. Including supply of all materials & labours as per type design & drawing complete. 31 Providingand laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:4:8( cement: sand :aggregate) 32 Provision for Protection works including all materials, T&P, labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeRandam rubbel stone masonery in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) 33 Providingand laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:2:4( cement: sand :aggregate)
