Tender For Durganagar (Badabe) Water Supply Scheme-Supply of all material, labour & T&P etc and cosntruct following works as per type design and drawings complete. 2 intake chember 3 Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock. 4 Soil mixed with Boulder 5 Ordinary Rock 6 Supply of all materials, labour T&Petc complete to construct CWR as per drawing includung all pipes & fittings complete. 7 15kl 8 Providing, carting, laying & jointing of following sizes of Pipes including all fittings, specials, bending, cutting & threading as required for proper completion of work.G.I. pipes as per IS: 1239/ 1985 Part-I 9 15mm dia 10 20mm dia 11 25mm dia 12 32mm dia 13 40mm dia 14 65mm dia 15 Supply and fixing of valves in pipeline including cuting, threading of pipeline with fittings, materials, labours, T&P etc complete.Gun metal Gate/wheel valves confirming IS:788 16 15mm dia 17 20mm dia 18 25mm dia 19 dismantallig of dia G.I screwed pipes, specials & fitting from trenches and staking them properly in two chains but excluding cost of excavation of trench. 20 15mm dia 21 20mm dia 22 25mm dia 23 32mm dia 24 65mm dia 25 relaying carting , laying and jointing , fixing & testing of G.I screwed medium class pipes with specials and fitting in trenches underground out side the building including cutting and thrrading etc complete. 26 15mm dia 27 20mm dia 28 25mm dia 29 32mm dia 30 50mm dai 31 65mm dia 32 Providingand laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:4:8( cement: sand :aggregate) 33 Provision for Protection works including all materials, T&P, labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeRandam rubbel stone masonery in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) 34 Providingand laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:2:4( cement: sand :aggregate) 35 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:5 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone 3)derived from natural sources:3graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources ) 36 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 37 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalentdesign mix)
