Tender For Maintenance Work For One Year At Saraswati Hi-Tech City, Prayagraj - Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 30 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Painting walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additivs of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of Exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm) 3 Providing and Fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edging etc as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering etc. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand (Zone III) derived from natural source: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources 4 Painting Road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminious surface in white/Yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and forign material etc. Complete. 5 Drain cleaning /desilting of drain including disposal of garbage upto 5 km. distance out side of I.A. including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Providing Sweeper for sweeping Roads garbage and malba from road side pateries including Miscellaneus charges (uniform Jackets shoes gloves mask caps etc 7 Tractor trolly covered with tripal with driver including fuel for 8 hours for disposal of garbage, malba etc. from road side patries out side of I.A. 8 Supply of Labour
