Tender For Beautification Work tubewell Park Hig-19 Face-2 Situated In Ward 09 Zone-5. - Dismantling of existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr. 2 Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 3 Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brickballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor . 4 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work. 5 Providing and laying of stone ballast with stone dust including water allowance for proper consolidation with hand ramming including labour T&P etc all complete. 6 Providing And laying Checkered terrazo tiles 20mm averege thick marbal chips of size up to 6mm .in floorson 25 mm thick bed of morter1:1:1 etc all complete. 7 Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessary. 8 Providing and fixing hand rail ( M.S Tube) of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complete of work. 9 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete. 10 Providing and laying of wall putty for making wall surface smooth with labour T&P etc all complete. 11 Finishing walls with extarial emiulsion paint (Apex) appeoved brand and manufecture and of requeird shead on wall surfaceall material, labour T&P etc all complete. 12 Painting 1st Coat over priming coat (butt Excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surface upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area with superior synthetic enamel.ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete. 13 Providing and fixing pvc 20mm dia pipe and sprinkler hydrant etc. 14 Devlopment of lawn by doubling slection no-1 Grass incl.
