Tender For Renovation, Electrical And Data Cabling Work In Onsite Atm Room At New Premises Of Naranpura Branch Under Regional Office Ahmedabad. Gypsum Board False Ceiling: Providing and fixing Gypsum Board False Ceiling with 12mm thick Gypsum board and GI framing comprising of ceiling channel 80mm x 26mm x 0.5mm @ every 457 mm centre, intermediate channel 45mm x 15xmm x 0.8mm @ every 1200 mm centre, perimeter channel 20mm x 28mm x30mm x 0.5mm all along wall/partition, ceiling angle 25mm x 10mm x0.5 mm and other required fasteners/hardware like, soffit cleats, dash fasteners, nuts, clips, screws etc. The work includes taping and jointing, applying primer, two or more coats of emulsion paint of approved shade / make, making cut-out for light fixtures, etc. The Final coat shall be done with foam roller, and no brush marks should be visible. ACP paneling/columns (Interior Side work, ups cabinet) - Providing and fixing ACP paneling/columns as per site conditions. Providing& fixing in position aluminum composite panel (ACP) with framing of aluminum tube sections of min 1.5”x1” and 16 gauge 2’0” C/C both ways. ACP of 3mm thickness to be used. The joints should be properly filled with suitable fillet materials. UPS cabinet to be made by similar specification. Door of UPS cabinet- Specifications same as above bur double skin door with all necessary hardware, handle, lock ect. Wooden selves in UPS cabinet (Size 3’x2’): - This item also includes providing and fixing of door with hardwares and two nos. selves of 18 mm ply/suitable MS sheet. Ply to be paint with enamel paint. Aircon louvers in Door of UPS cabinet (size 5’’ x2’’):- Providing and fixing of aircon louvers in door of shutter cabinet. ACP paneling/columns (Glass partition and door fixing work) - Providing and fixing ACP paneling/columns as per site conditions. Providing& fixing in position aluminum composite panel (ACP) with framing of aluminum tube sections of min 1.5”x1” and 16 gauge 2’0” C/C both ways. ACP of 3mm thickness to be used. The joints should be properly filled with suitable fillet materials. Toughened Glass Partition: - Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick toughened glass partition of approved make with all SS patch fittings complete. Toughened Glass Door: - Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick toughened glass door approved make with all SS patch fittings complete. Door item to pair of 300 mm long D handles and other necessary hardware of Stainless Steel of make all complete and excluding floor spring and pivot.
